基于国产工业 ＰＣ机和 Ｉ／ Ｏ模板设计了发酵过程集散控制系统，介绍了该系统的软、硬件结构与功能，以及发酵过程参数的优化控制方法。
Based on domestic industrial PC and I / O templates, a distributed control system of fermentation process was designed. The software and hardware structure and function of the system and the optimal control method of fermentation process parameters were introduced.
