静安区服务公司,有理发、洗染、照相、旅馆、沐浴、誉写六个行业,职工有2400多人。去年10月,这个公司开始进行整顿劳动纪律,目前已取得明显效果。公司基层店经理以上干部中,精神不振,工作不力的减少了一半,后进职工有所转变的面达到80%,其中有显著转变的占46%以上,去年第四季度营业额也较前年同期增加9.76%,利润较前年同期增长12.78%。他们着重抓了以下几项工作: (一) 干部带头,开展批评与自我批评。当整顿劳动纪律教育进入到联系实际,排表现、议危害、查原因阶段,不少基层单位出现了两种情况:一种是“哑吧会”,好些群众坐在壁角
