中职学校的学生,毕业之后主要流向是从事相应专业的一线工作,如制造业、建筑业、服务业等。就我们临沂卫生学校来说,学生学习了护理、助产、医学影像、药剂、医学检验、康复医学、卫生保健等专业知识之后,主要是从事医院的一线服务工作、基层医疗机构或医药行业的服务工作等,也有一部分学生会选择到高级职业学校或高校继续深造。这些,都需要我们对学生进行有效的教育,才能满足其将来发展和就业的需求。而判断我们的教育是否有效,是否
