在一系列非线性光学材料中，KTiOPO4(KTP)晶体占有特殊的地位,它是目前用于激光辐射变换的最有前途的晶体。KTP晶体有很高的光学强度（Inp=400 MW/cm2,τn=10 ns),有与Ra2NaNb5O15的非线性相比拟的非线性，特别重要的是在该晶体中没有感生的光学不均匀性。KTP晶体对YAG:Nd3 激光器的二次谐波振荡有非常大的温度匹配和角度匹配范围。

针对室外车联网可见光通信(VLC)系统切换时网络间评估差距太小且易发生乒乓效应的问题,提出一种改进的多属性切换算法。将输入的属性进行属性指标正向化;然后,利用改进的客观权值求解算法,得到室外车联网环境下用户完全独立的客观网络选择的权值,以减小属性间依赖关系对网络选择的影响。结合得到的网络选择主观权值与客观权值,根据主观和客观评价值的一致性和评价结果的最优性,提出改进的主客观权值分配模型,并以此求得各属性最终的权值。利用权值求得各网络的网络评估值,选择评估值最大的网络为目标网络。仿真结果表明,所提算法能寻找
据日本电气公司透露，该公司所属的中心研究室已于1970年10月中旬制成室温连续运转的双异结半导体激光器。目前输出功率约为几十毫瓦，估计将来可以达到100毫瓦。效率在到2%之间，但有可能增加一个数量级。响应时间小于1毫微秒。输出波长范围从8，400埃到9，200埃。
