帘线-橡胶复合材料力学性能的精确测定是轮胎有限元分析成功应用的关键。采用云纹技术直接测量应变来确定这些力学性能较为适宜。本文应用云纹法对不同体积分数的单层钢丝帘线-橡胶复合材料力学性能进行了测量研究,并与哈尔平-蔡等公式的理论计算值作了对比讨论。发现云纹法测得试验结果与帘线一橡胶复合层表面材料的力学性能有关。此外对试样没长不同长宽比也进行了对比,表明试样尺寸在本文中所取的长、宽比范围内对帘线-橡胶复合材料性能影响不大。
Accurate determination of the mechanical properties of cord-rubber composites is the key to the successful application of tire finite element analysis. The use of moire technology to directly measure the strain to determine these mechanical properties is more appropriate. In this paper, the mechanical properties of single layer steel cord-rubber composites with different volume fractions were measured by moiré method and compared with the theoretical calculations of Halpin-Cai et al. Formula. It was found that the results of the moire method were related to the mechanical properties of the cord-rubber composite surface material. In addition, the different length-width ratio of the sample is also compared, which shows that the size of the sample has little effect on the performance of the cord-rubber composite in the length and width ratio range of this paper.
