从肾综合征出血热恢复期患者外周血中分离人外周血单个核细胞(hPBMNs)贴壁除去吞噬细胞及粒细胞,用汉坦病毒76-118株包被的6孔板吸附分泌抗出血热抗体的特异性B淋巴细胞,提取该种细胞总RNA后,反转录成cDNA,用人抗体重链可变区(VH)基因和轻链可变区(VL)基因的通用引物扩增出VH及VL基因,为今后用噬菌体抗体库技术制备抗汉坦病毒抗体等研究工作奠定了基础。
