抽动一秽语综合征(Tourette,s,Synureme TS),又称多发性抽动、抽动障碍、进行性抽搐等.现将我们1年来诊治的TS 63例报告分析如下.1 临床资料我院小儿神经门诊由2位受过专业训练的医师应诊,由老专家把关.根据家长的述说及儿童的表现做相应的临床检查和观察,按本病的诊断标准~[1],近 1年多来共诊治 TS63例,男孩43例、女孩20例,年龄5—12岁,病程1～18个月.抽动首发部位:头面部如挤眼、掘嘴、扬眉、摇头等35例,清喉声14例,动颈抬肩14例.随病情进展出现喉部抽动如犬吠声、清喉声14例,吭吭声等23例,易激怒重复骂人10例,上肢及手抽动9例.诊治过程中曾误诊为喉炎3例,舞蹈病3例,不良习惯7例;发病原因方面:①生物性因素:
