无“三包”资质的轮胎将逐渐被清理出市场。据《每日经济新闻》记者了解,受工信部委托,中国橡胶工业协会(以下简称中橡协)7月4日组织开展了《轮胎行业准入条件》的研究制定工作。中橡协将于7月底把《准入条件》上报到工信部。工信部计划8月份正式出台《准入条件》。《准入条件》将新增对绿色轮胎、轮胎产品质量的具体标准要求,增加轮胎生产企业能源、资源消耗的具体要求。《准入条件》还提出轮胎企业必须执行“三包”政策,以及对缺陷产品进行召回等内容。此外,还将对已达标的轮胎企业建立星级管理模式,企业的产品质量信誉等级与所获星级成正比。
