随着四化建设的深入,今后港口规模的设计应综合考虑港船双方的经济效益而寻找一种整体经济效益的最佳方案。概率论、排队论的方法为寻找这种最佳方案提供了理论基础。本文就工程中涉及到的一些例子用概率论和排队论的方法初步探讨石油港口最佳泊位数的确定和多泊位的石油港口装船泵房最佳容量的确定。
With the deepening of the four modernizations, the design of the port scale in the future should be based on a comprehensive consideration of both the economic benefits of the two sides and the search for the best solution for the overall economic benefits. The theory of probability and queuing theory provides a theoretical basis for finding the best solution. In this paper, some examples involved in the project are probed into the determination of the optimal number of berths in petroleum ports and the determination of the optimal capacity of multi-berth oil pump houses with probability and queuing theory.
