该文主要研究了不同掺量与细度下的橡胶粉对沥青技术性能的影响。试验研究表明,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,针入度、软化点减小,5℃延度、车辙因子和黏度增大,弹性恢复先增后减,胶粉可明显改善沥青高温性能;橡胶粉细度从20目增加到60目,橡胶沥青的针入度、延度、黏度、弹性恢复都有所增大,软化点有所减小;橡胶粉的目数增至80目后,橡胶沥青的技术性能反而有下降趋势。综合技术经济分析,橡胶粉掺量宜为18%~22%,橡胶粉的细度宜用60~80目。
This paper mainly studies the influence of rubber powder with different dosage and fineness on the technical performance of asphalt. The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of rubber powder, the penetration and softening point decrease, the ductility at 5 ℃, the rutting factor and viscosity increase, the elastic recovery increases first and then decreases, and the rubber powder can obviously improve the high temperature performance of asphalt. Rubber fineness increased from 20 mesh to 60 mesh, rubber asphalt penetration, ductility, viscosity, elastic recovery have increased, the softening point has decreased; the number of rubber powder increased to 80 mesh, Rubber asphalt technical performance but a downward trend. Comprehensive technical and economic analysis, the amount of rubber powder should be 18% to 22%, the fineness of rubber powder should be 60 ~ 80 mesh.
