近年来发现正常人淋巴细胞中糖原较少,而慢性淋巴性白血病、何杰金氏病与淋巴肉瘤患者的淋巴细胞中糖原含量均有明显增加。我们自1963年对何杰金氏病患者的淋巴细胞糖原含量作了一些观察,并与正常人、血液病人和其它系统疾病患者的淋巴细胞糖原含量作了比较,以探索它在诊断及治疗上的意义。
In recent years, normal people found less glycogen in lymphocytes, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin’s disease and lymphatic sarcoma in patients with lymphocyte glycogen content increased significantly. We made some observations on the lymphocyte glycogen content of Hodgkin’s disease patients since 1963 and compared them with the lymphocyte glycogen content of normal people, blood patients and other systemic diseases to explore its role in diagnosis and Therapeutic significance.
