高度45米内的钢筋混凝土烟囱,采用倒模浇筑方法施工比较经济合理。这种方法适用于一般中小型施工企业的技术条件。我单位在天津大南河毛条厂烟囱施工中采用了倒模方法,每夭砌筑一节内衬,浇筑一节囱壁。45米高烟囱全部囱壁及内衬施工仅用27个作业日即顺利完成,做到了质量好、速度快、安全、施工文明、成本低。在施工中我们还对囱壁支模方法做了一些改进,具体情况如下: 烟囱内模板用2.5厘米厚木模,外模除用4块楔形收坡木模外,其余均用100毫米宽、
The reinforced concrete chimney with a height of 45 meters is more economical and reasonable with the construction of the inverted mold casting method. Our company has used the inverted mold method in the construction of the chimney of the Danan River Top Plant in Tianjin. Each section is lined with a lining and a section of a chimney wall. All the chimneys and linings of the 45-meter-high chimney were successfully completed in just 27 working days, achieving good quality, fast speed, safety, civilized construction, and low cost. In the construction, we also made some improvements to the chimney wall mold method. The specific conditions are as follows: The chimney inner mold uses a 2.5 cm thick wood mold, and the outer mold uses a 4 mm wedge slope wood mold, and the rest is 100 mm wide.
