目的:探讨肥胖的2型糖尿病患者在按照糖尿病营养治疗的要求采用较低热能的饮食后,其体质指数和血糖水平的改变。方法:为100例肥胖的2型糖尿病患者提供低热能的糖尿病治疗饮食,并于饮食治疗的第1日和第28日分别测量患者的体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),比较饮食治疗前后各项指标有无差异。结果:共有46名患者完成饮食治疗,与饮食治疗前相比,饮食治疗后体质指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均有所下降。结论:肥胖的2型糖尿病患者采用低热能的糖尿病治疗饮食,能有效降低体重和血糖水平。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of body mass index and blood glucose level in obese type 2 diabetic patients with lower calorie diet according to the requirements of diabetic nutrition treatment. Methods: One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with low-calorie diet. The body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FPG), and postprandial 2h Blood glucose (2hPG) and HbA1c were compared before and after treatment with the indicators of any difference. RESULTS: A total of 46 patients completed dietary therapy. Compared with pretreatment diet, body mass index, fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2h glucose and HbA1c decreased after treatment. Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes patients with obesity use low-calorie diabetes treatment diet, can effectively reduce body weight and blood glucose levels.
