实施西部大开发战略,加快中西部地区发展,是党中央高瞻远瞩、总揽全局做出的重大决策。根据《国务院关于实施西部大开发若干政策措施的通知》(国发[2000]33号),国务院西部开发办会同有关部门,进一步研究制定了西部大开发若干政策措施的实施意见。最近,编辑部收到许多读者的来信,询问有什么新的政策措施出台。主持人现将《关于西部大开发若干政策措施的实施意见》中与农业、农村相关的部分。以一问一答的形式编发在下面,以便于大家理解和把握。
Implementing the strategy of developing the west region and accelerating the development of the central and western regions is a major policy decision made by the party Central Committee with its foresight and overall situation.
