目的 观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 23例晚期乳腺癌采用多西紫杉醇75 mg/m2,静脉滴注1 h,第1天;顺铂25 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1~3天;21 d为1个周期,至少治疗2个周期。结果全组23例中,CR 4例,PR 12例,SD 4例,PD 3例,有效率69.6%(16/23)。毒副反应主要为白细胞减少,Ⅰ+Ⅱ度占60.8%。结论多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌有一定疗效。毒副反应轻,可以耐受。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 23 cases of advanced breast cancer with docetaxel 75 mg / m2, intravenous infusion 1 h, the first day; cisplatin 25 mg / m2, intravenous drip, 1 to 3 days; 21 d for a cycle, at least Treatment 2 cycles. Results Among the 23 patients, 4 were CR, 12 were PR, 4 were SD, and 3 were PD. The effective rate was 69.6% (16/23). Toxicity mainly leukopenia, Ⅰ + Ⅱ degree accounted for 60.8%.
