以日本珊瑚树腋芽为繁殖体,采用不同包裹基质包裹和不同萌发基质萌发,结果表明:4%海藻酸钠(加MS基本培养基作人工胚乳)中加入0.2%多菌灵制成的人工种子在含0.1%多菌灵的MS基本培养液浸过的蛭石上萌发率最高,达67.75%;在包裹基质中加入0.5%活性碳制成的人工种子在含有0.1%多菌灵的MS基本培养基上萌发率为56.7%;较佳繁殖体为腋芽长度在3~5mm之间的节段。
The results showed that 0.2% carbendazim was added to 4% sodium alginate (supplemented with MS basal medium for artificial endosperm), using the axillary buds of Japanese coral tree as the propagule and encapsulated with different parcel matrices and different germination substrates. Artificial seeds had the highest germination rate on vermiculite impregnated with 0.1% carbendazim MS basal medium, reaching 67.75%. The artificial seeds with 0.5% .1% Carbendazim MS minimal medium on the germination rate was 56.7%; better propagules axillary bud length of 3 ~ 5mm between the segments.
