Describes an automatic control system of wire rod continuous casting machine based on MCS -5 1 singlechip. The whole structure of the system, man-machine interface and motor motion control principle are introduced in detail. Some of the key technologies are described in detail. The system has been operating stably in the factory for 5 years.
