我院于1984年10月发生1例因应用3%双氧水滴耳引起的过敏性休克。现报告如下。患者女,40岁,患左耳慢性化脓性中耳炎。有青霉素过敏史。10月14日上午,患者自己曾以3%双氧水滴耳,滴入后即感头晕、耳鸣,停用后症状消失,未引起注意。当日中午,护士再次为患者滴耳后约 2min,患者自觉头昏、眼花、口唇麻木,随后晕倒。检查:呈半昏迷状态,面色苍白、唇紫,出冷汗,脉搏128,呼
