目的 探讨血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa、(GPⅡb、Ⅲa)、Ⅳ (GPⅣ )在急性脑梗死中的变化。方法 应用流式细胞仪 (FCM)对 5 4例急性脑梗死患者发病后 1~ 3天及发病后 10~ 14天进行了血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa、Ⅳ检测。结果 急性脑梗死患者发病后 1~ 3天内血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa 及Ⅳ表达较对照组极显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。发病后 10~ 14天的血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa、Ⅳ表达较对照组极显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。发病后 10~ 14天的血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa、Ⅳ表达较发病后 1~ 3天极显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、Ⅲa、Ⅳ在急性脑梗死的发病过程中具有重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa, (GPⅡb, Ⅲa), Ⅳ (GPⅣ) in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa and Ⅳ were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) in 1 to 3 days after onset of disease and 10 to 14 days after onset in 54 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Results The expressions of platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa and Ⅳ in platelet of patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those of the control group within 1 ~ 3 days after onset (P <0.01). The expression of platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa and Ⅳ in 10 ~ 14 days after onset were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The expression of platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa and Ⅳ after 10 ~ 14 days after onset significantly decreased from 1 to 3 days after onset (P <0.01). Conclusions Platelet glycoproteins Ⅱb, Ⅲa and Ⅳ play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.
