研究了中高碳Cr-Mn低合金钢在淬硬状态下碳对不同磨损条件下耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在无冲击磨料磨损条件下,碳量增加,耐磨性提高;在有冲击磨料磨损情况下,则呈相反的趋势;在腐蚀磨料磨损的条件下,碳的影响因介质的pH值而异。根据磨损机制,分析了碳量的变化改变了组织组成和性能,因而使耐磨性有变化。
The effect of carbon on the wear resistance of medium and high carbon Cr-Mn low alloy steels under different wear conditions was investigated under hardened conditions. The results show that the carbon content increases and the wear resistance increases under the condition of no impact abrasive wear. In the case of impact abrasive wear, the opposite trend occurs. Under the condition of abrasive wear, the influence of carbon is affected by the pH of the medium Different. According to the wear mechanism, it is analyzed that the change of the amount of carbon changes the composition and the properties of the structure, thereby changing the wear resistance.
