以生产大象牌拉丝机闻铝的无锡县拉丝机厂,于1987年12月29日通过了对该厂生产的LT1—10/360水箱拉丝机的省级鉴定。该机由上海机电设计研究院设计,产品性能符合JB2608～79《拉丝机》标准。该机最大进线直径为2.5毫米,可生产0.8～1.0毫米的高、中、低碳钢丝及有色丝。该机采用无级调速、全皮带传动、内循环喷淋冷却及塔轮热喷涂硬面技术,具有结构紧凑、操作方便、拉拔效率高、使用寿命长、维修方便等优点。自1986年10月投产以来,已销售四十余台,获得用户好评与欢迎。
