Since the full implementation of curriculum reform in autumn 2009, Nanjing has stepped up its proposition and evaluation so that a large number of first-line teachers have been promoted in quality. The author has been participating in various types of propositional training organized by the Nanjing Teaching and Research Office Evaluation work in the city’s research
