目的:筛选出高效药剂防治半夏块茎腐烂病,为半夏栽培提供依据。方法:对15种化学药剂进行了病原菌拮抗试验和盆栽试验。结果:拮抗试验结果表明,42%三氯异氰尿酸、80%乙蒜素、15%噁霉灵·爱诺助剂、72%农用硫酸链霉素和40%多·福对半夏块茎腐烂病病原菌产生强抑菌作用。抑菌最高稀释倍数分别为15 000倍液、5 000倍液、4 000倍液、500倍液和500倍液。盆栽试验表明,72%农用硫酸链霉素稀释500倍液、80%乙蒜素稀释1 000倍液和42%三氯异氰尿酸稀释1 000倍液,防治效果均可达70%以上。结论:从防治效果和价格综合考虑,建议生产上将42%三氯异氰尿酸、80%乙蒜素和72%农用硫酸链霉素交替使用来防治半夏块茎腐烂病。
OBJECTIVE: To screen out effective drugs to prevent and cure tuber rot disease of Pinellia ternata and provide the basis for the cultivation of Pinellia ternata. Methods: Fifteen chemical agents were tested for pathogen antagonism and pot experiment. Results: Antagonistic test results showed that 42% trichloroisocyanuric acid, 80% allicin, 15% hymexazolin, 72% agar sulfate streptomycin and 40% Pathogenic bacteria produce strong antibacterial effect. Antibacterial maximum dilution times were 15 000 times, 5 000 times, 4 000 times, 500 times and 500 times. Pot experiments showed that 72% of agricultural streptomycin diluted 500 times, 80% diluted allicin 1000 times and 42% trichloroisocyanuric diluted 1000 times, the control effect of up to 70%. Conclusion: Considering the effect of prevention and treatment and price, it is suggested that 42% trichloroisocyanuric acid, 80% allicin and 72% agricultural streptomycin sulfate should be used alternately to control tuber rot disease in the production.
