目的:建立简便迅速的长城止咳喘糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL/min,温度为室温。结果:黄芩苷含量在0.12~0.6μg范围内,成良好线性关系,回归方程:Y=233437.8X-27943.84,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为99.6%;RSD为0.98%。结论:该方法简便、高效、精确,可用作长城止咳喘糖浆中黄芩苷的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a simple and rapid determination of baicalin in the Great Wall cough asthma syrup. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid (50:50: 0.2). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min using C18 column with high performance liquid chromatography at room temperature. Results: The content of baicalin was in the range of 0.12-0.6 μg, and the regression equation was Y = 233437.8X-27943.84, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.6%; RSD was 0.98%. Conclusion: The method is simple, efficient and accurate and can be used for the quality control of baicalin in cough syrup.
