从 18 8 9年Ｍｕｓｓｅｒ在文献中收集到 18例胆管癌资料至今已有一个多世纪的历史 ,胆管癌已经不是罕见病了1979～ 1989年我国 40所医院收治胆管恶性肿瘤共 10 98例 ,其中胆囊癌 2 72例 ,胆管癌 82 6例[1] 。近年来胆管癌有增多的倾向 ,美国每年胆管癌的新发病例为 2 0 0 0～
It has been more than a century since 1818 Musser collected 18 cases of bile duct cancer in the literature. Cholangiocarcinoma is not a rare disease. A total of 1098 cases of malignant biliary tumors were treated in 40 hospitals in China from 1979 to 1989. There were 2 72 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 662 cases of cholangiocarcinoma [1].
