党的十八届四中全会决定提出,建设社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家的总目标。就全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,全面深化改革、完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度在全面推进依法治国上作出了总体部署。贯彻四中全会精神,意义重大深远,教育责无旁贷。以法治思维、法治方式推进教育发展,是现代教育的一个本质要求。其立足点、落脚点在于以法治精神建设学校,以法治思维实施法制教育。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to set forth the overall goal of building a socialist legal system and building a socialist country ruled by law. We have made an overall plan for comprehensively deepening reform, perfecting and developing the socialism system with Chinese characteristics in order to comprehensively promote the rule of law in accordance with the law in respect of the Chinese dream of building a well-off society in an all-round way, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Carrying out the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session is of great and far-reaching significance and education is our responsibility. To promote the development of education by the rule of law and the rule of law is an essential requirement of modern education. Its foothold, the foothold lies in the spirit of the rule of law to build schools, the rule of law in the implementation of legal education.
