1997年元月,刘兴强奉命从湖南省全省的标兵中队——桑植县消防中队调到永定消防中队担任主官。一晃两年半过去了,永定中队先后被省消防总队评为学天津消防先进中队,《正规化执勤三年规划》达标先进中队,中队党支部被总队党委评为“先进党支部”。这些荣誉和成绩背后,凝聚着刘兴强的心血和汗水,他本人先后两次荣立三等功,1998年被总队评为“优秀警官”、“训练标兵”。
In January 1997, Liu Xingqiang was ordered to be transferred from the Ssangzhi County Fire Squadron to the Yongding Fire Squadron as the chief squadron of the model squadron in Hunan Province. Astonished two and a half years later, Yongding Squadron has been rated as the fire department of Tianjin Fire Advanced Squadron, “formal three-year on-duty planning” advanced squadron, squadron party branch by the Corps party committee as “Advanced Party branch.” Behind these honors and achievements, Liu Xingjiang embodied the painstaking efforts and sweat, he has twice won the third class, in 1998 by the Corps as “outstanding police officer” and “training pacesetter.”
