一、前言为了提高65Mn钢板使用前的实物质量,采取了超标准要求的措施来检查其表面缺陷。在轧成3mm厚成品钢板后,用浓度为18~24%的H_2SO_4溶液酸洗去掉氧化皮(视酸溶液浓度大小而决定酸洗时间,一般为15min左右),得到表面整洁的成品钢板,但在某些酸洗后的钢板上,发现板面上出现若干大小不一、有长短轴之分的凸泡,如图1所示。具有凸泡钢板被判为废品。为此进行了一系列的检验鉴定工作,证明了该种气泡是由于钢锭表层下存在着大量非金属夹杂物、而又酸洗过度的结果。据此提出了改进的途径。

For this reason, a series of inspection and identification work has been carried out, which proves that the bubble is caused by a large amount of nonmetallic inclusions under the surface of the ingot, which results in excessive pickling. Based on this, the ways of improvement are put forward.
