铁路行车组织安全与人民的生命财产安全息息相关,同时也与我国铁路运输的长远发展密不可分。因此要高度重视铁路行车的组织安全。本文主要对铁路行车组织安全双向闭环系统的定义、控制原理、可靠性以及人员的可靠性等问题进行了论述,旨在为铁路行车组织安全提供一定的借鉴意义。
The safety of railway traffic organization is closely related to people’s life and property safety as well as to the long-term development of rail transportation in our country. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the organization of railway traffic safety. This paper mainly discusses the definition, control principle, reliability and personnel reliability of two-way railway closed-loop system of railway traffic safety. It is intended to provide reference for railway traffic organization safety.
