目的 :探讨肉苁蓉总苷 (GCs)对清醒小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :结扎小鼠右侧颈总动脉建立脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察GCs对清醒小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果 :GCs可使脑缺血再灌注过程中脑卒中指数、脑梗死范围百分比、脑组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性降低 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性升高。结论 :GCs对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of glycosides of cistanche (GCs) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in conscious mice. METHODS: The right common carotid artery was ligated to establish a model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and the protective effect of GCs on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in conscious mice was observed. RESULTS: GCs can reduce the stroke index, the percentage of cerebral infarction, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the brain during the process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) Increased activity. Conclusion :GCs have protective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
