目的:研究MMP-9和nm23在结肠癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移之间的关系,探讨MMP-9与nm23之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对41例结肠癌和5例正常结肠组织做MMP-9和nm23的抗原标记。结果:MMP-9和nm23的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度、Duke’s分期有明显相关性(P<0.01);MMP-9和nm23的表达与结肠癌患者年龄、性别有明显相关(P<0.01);MMP-9与nm23在结肠癌的表达无相关性。结论:MMP-9和nm23的表达与结肠癌侵袭转移密切相关,可作为判断结肠癌预后的指标。。
Objective: To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and nm23 in colon cancer and its relationship with invasion and metastasis, and to explore the correlation between MMP-9 and nm23. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method for 41 cases of colon cancer and 5 cases of normal colon tissue MMP-9 and nm23 antigen markers. Results: The expressions of MMP-9 and nm23 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, differentiation and Duke’s stage (P <0.01). The expressions of MMP-9 and nm23 were significantly correlated with the age and sex of patients with colon cancer (P <0.01) There was no correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and nm23 in colon cancer. Conclusion: The expressions of MMP-9 and nm23 are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer, which may be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of colon cancer. .
