上海农药厂通过3年健康监护试点工作,逐步体会到健康监护的作用和效果,化工健康监护特点是借助管理与技术的结合,强化三级体系,突出第一级预防,通过接触控制、医学监护及完整的信息系统,开展作业环境评价和作业人员健康评价。评价显示:(1)各主要毒物的接触群体的接触指数(PI)与医检指数(BI)呈正相关,r=0.911,表明生产工人劳动环境与健康状况有很大联系,即危害程度越高,健康水平越低,呈剂量-反应关系。(2)车间、群体PI值均以有机磷车间、异稻瘟净包装群体等农药接触群体列全厂前三位,明确了有机磷农药目前仍是我厂健康监护重点。(3)随着环境改善,中毒逐步消失;我们发现毒物对生产工人的非特异性影响仍然存在,如神衰综合征、血红蛋白降低等。

(2) In the workshop and group PI, all the pesticide exposure groups in the organic phosphate workshop and the different packaging groups of blast-blast were listed in the top three of the whole plant. It is clear that organophosphorus pesticides are still the focus of our plant health monitoring. (3) With the improvement of the environment, the poisoning gradually disappeared; we found that non-specific effects of the poison on the production workers still exist, such as the syndrome of Shen-Shen syndrome and the decrease of hemoglobin.
