In recent years, in order to promote scientific construction of combating corruption and building a clean government, the population and family planning departments at all levels have done some work in prevention and control of corruption risks. However, on the whole, some departments (units) are not aware of the risk of clean and honest government and are doubtful about the role of anti-corruption risk prevention and management. Their work only stays on the surface of general investigation and there is no long-term management mechanism.
