干旱是河南最主要的农业气象灾害。本文根据河南省20世纪90年代以来的农业、水利、土壤等资料,构建了河南省农业综合抗旱能力评价的指标体系,在此基础上,构建农业综合抗旱指数,并对全省农业综合抗旱能力进行了区划。结果表明:灌耕比、单位灌溉面积机电井数、土壤有效保水系数、农机动力系数等4个因子可以作为全省农业综合抗旱能力评价的指标;全省农业综合抗旱能力可以划分为高、中、低值区,其中,高值区主要分布在豫中、豫北的大部分地区;中值区比较分散,主要包括中西部低丘、缓岗区,平顶山东部、驻马店及信阳西南部,开封东部-商丘地区,林州-辉县县区;低值区又可分为2个小区,主要包括三门峡、洛阳中西部及南阳地区,信阳中部及东部。
Drought is the most important agricultural meteorological disaster in Henan. Based on the data of agriculture, water conservancy and soil in Henan Province since the 1990s, this paper constructs the index system of evaluating the comprehensive drought resistance of agriculture in Henan Province. On this basis, it constructs the comprehensive drought resistance index of agriculture, Division. The results showed that four factors such as irrigation ratio, number of electromechanical wells per unit area of irrigation, effective water retention coefficient of soil, dynamic coefficient of agricultural machinery and so on could be used as indicators of comprehensive drought resistance capability of agriculture in the province. The comprehensive drought resistance capacity of agriculture in the province could be divided into high and medium , Low value areas, of which, the high value areas are mainly distributed in most areas of Henan and northern Henan; the median area is relatively scattered, mainly including hilly areas in central and western China, easing area, eastern part of Pingdingshan, southwestern Zhumadian and Xinyang, Eastern Shangqiu area, Linzhou Huixian county area; low value area can be divided into two small areas, including Sanmenxia, Midwest and Luoyang in Nanyang area, central and eastern Xinyang.
