Asphalt deposits in the Ordovician reservoir (temperature of 126 ° C) in the Tahe Oilfield have multiple asphalting wells, of which the well TK305 was discontinued after multiple treatments and was continuously injected with SLAD-02 as an asphalt dispersing stabilizer (the main component was macromolecule-containing Fluorosurfactants) crude oil, the well to resume production. TK305 well contains asphaltenes 60.19% asphaltene, with colloid 7.64%, does not flow at 85 ℃, flows more easily at 95 ℃ and does not dissolve in crude oil S86 well (thin oil) with similar properties to well TK305 at 120 ℃. , The dissolution rate was 4.8% in towering crude oil (heavy oil), 30.13% in tower-crude oil with 0.4% SLAD-02, and mixed up to 50% of the simulated formation water did not affect the additives Tower a joint crude oil asphaltene sediment dissolution rate. Dissolved Asphaltene Sediment dosing tower a joint crude oil and S86 crude oil equivalent mixture of oil, 30 ~ 60 ℃ viscosity between 50 ~ 350 mPa.s, the normal lifting in the wellbore. TK305 well bore deposits asphaltenes 4800 m, with SLAD-02 after the process of plugging, from August 13, 2005 to October 6, 2005 through the annular injection dosing tower a joint crude oil, according to the production of oil viscosity adjustment plus The amount of crude oil injected and the amount of oil produced in the formation were evaluated from October 1 to 6, accumulatively injecting 550.2 m3 of additive crude oil, generating 399.9 m3 of accumulated formation oil and 1: 0.73 of injection-production ratio. The well resumed production. Figure 4 Table 4 Reference 5.
