宫颈癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一。但在妊娠期发病率很低,为0.01%~0.1%。由于同时涉及到胎儿和母体的预后,因此,如何既保证胎儿的安全,又不影响母体的预后是临床医生面临的十分棘手的问题。由于特殊的伦理原因,目前尚无大样本的随机对照研究,不清楚妊娠合并宫颈癌的最佳治疗策略,也无指南可遵循,因此需要肿瘤科、妇科、产科和新生儿科等多个科室组成的治疗团队共同探讨决定。本文报道1例妊娠期宫颈癌
