在现代中国画史中,通常将中国画的形成期界定于魏晋时期。其中最为主要的原因在于,魏晋之前的传世画作几乎没有历史流传。但是,近代以来,随着考古学的兴起,魏晋之前的不少墓葬绘画作品陆续发现,传统的中国画史的观念即逐步被改写。
In the history of modern Chinese painting, the formation of Chinese painting is usually defined in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. The most important reason is that there is almost no historical spread of the pre-Wei and Jin dynasties’ paintings. However, since the modern era, with the rise of archeology, many paintings of graves before the Wei and Jin Dynasties gradually came to be discovered. The traditional concept of Chinese painting history was gradually rewritten.
