礼仪是一个人文化修养和道德修养的外在表现,是做人的基本要求。文明礼仪教育是关怀一生的教育,良好的礼仪习惯的养成,可以转化为一个人内在的性格、情操,将影响青少年一生的发展。加强礼仪教育,不仅能有效加强学校管理工作,促进学校德育工作的升华,而且能够继承和发扬祖国的优良传统文化。农村初级中学的多数学生长期生活在农村,存在一些不良行为习惯,思想状况比较复杂。因此,校园内常会出现一些不文明、不礼貌的言行举止,不服从学校管理、出口成脏、打架斗殴现象时有发生,使学校德育工作面临巨大压力。文章围绕培养农村学生良好的礼仪习惯的策略展开论述。
Etiquette is the external manifestation of a person’s cultural accomplishment and moral accomplishment, and is the basic requirement of being a man. Civilized etiquette education is caring for a lifetime of education. The development of good etiquette habits can be transformed into a person’s inherent character and sentiment, which will affect the development of adolescent’s life. Strengthening etiquette education can not only effectively strengthen school administration, promote the distillation of moral education in schools, but also inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture of the motherland. The majority of rural junior high school students live in rural areas for a long time, with some bad behaviors and complicated ideological situations. Therefore, some uncivilized and impolite behavior often appear on campus, disobeying the management of schools, exporting into dirty places and fighting fights frequently occur, which puts tremendous pressure on moral education in schools. The article discusses the strategy of cultivating good ritual habits of rural students.
