农村信用社是以服务“三农”为导向的,在金融产业改革与发展中,加强基层党组织建设不仅是党联系群众的重要手段,也是实现信用社自身价值的重要途径。本文结合信用社基层党组织建设的现状,论述基层党组织建设所存在的问题,并且提出针对性的对策。
Rural credit cooperatives are oriented by serving “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. In the reform and development of the financial industry, strengthening the building of grassroots party organizations is not only an important means for the party to connect with the masses, but also an important way to realize the value of the credit cooperatives. This paper, combined with the status quo of the construction of grass-roots party organizations of credit cooperatives, discusses the problems existing in the building of grass-roots party organizations and puts forward specific countermeasures.
