试验表明:钨(Ⅵ)与溴连苯三酚红(BPR)在0.3N盐酸介质中,有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在时,形成吸收峰在614nm的蓝色络合物,其组成M:R为1:1,摩尔吸光系数为6.8×10~4,0~2微克钨/毫升符合比尔定律。50毫升显色液中0.05%BPR溶液与0.01MCTMAB溶液最佳用量均为1毫升。为显色完全需在沸水浴加热70秒钟。
The results showed that the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) in the presence of tungsten (Ⅵ) and bromopyrogallol red (BPR) in 0.3N hydrochloric acid resulted in the formation of a blue network with an absorption peak at 614 nm The composition of M: R is 1: 1, molar extinction coefficient of 6.8 × 10 ~ 4, 0 ~ 2 μg tungsten / ml in line with Bill’s law.
