According to the domestic and international comprehensive data report shows that the 5-year survival rate of pancreatic cancer is only 5.0%, is one of the worst prognosis of malignant tumors [1,2]. Because of its anatomical structure and other reasons, pancreatic cancer is difficult to be found early, the vast majority of patients already diagnosed late, often have lost the chance of surgery [3]. Therefore, actively exploring non-surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer has important clinical significance.
