美国学者利用氧化铬作为中性指示剂,对体重8.8克白对虾5种糖类(小麦淀粉、纯小麦[柔软发白,40%硬核,60%软核]、营养粘合剂[部份胶凝预先消化的颗粒状高梁]、颗粒高梁和膨化玉米)估算其近似消化系数。试验饵料包括70%的对比饵料和30%的上述5种糖类之一。试验发现:对虾对试验饵料的消化量与其能量有相关的关系。试验饵料的消化系数明显地比对比饵料要低些。它表明:对虾对糖类的消化能力很差。试验饵料近似蛋白消化作用的减少看来是和饵料干物质消化率或消化的饵料量有关。虽然对虾生长速度的降低是和玉米淀粉有关,但是还不能得出对虾对蛋白质、干物质、脂类或糖类的近似消化系数有明显差异。膨化玉米的干物质近似消化率
US scholars use chromium oxide as a neutral indicator of weight of 8.8 grams of white prawn five kinds of sugars (wheat starch, pure wheat [soft white, 40% hard core, 60% soft core], nutritional binders [part Gelatinized pre-digested granular sorghum], sorghum, and puffed corn) were used to estimate their approximate digestibility coefficients. The test bait consisted of 70% of the control bait and 30% of one of the above five sugars. The experiment found that the digestibility of shrimp fed on the test food was related to its energy. The digestibility of the test baits was significantly lower than that of the control bait. It shows that shrimp have poor digestion of sugars. The reduction in the digestibility of the approximate protein of the test bait appears to be related to the digestibility of the dry matter of the bait or the amount of food digested. Although the reduction in shrimp growth rate is related to corn starch, there is no clear difference in approximate digestibility of protein, dry matter, lipid or carbohydrate in shrimp.
