对９例具有纤维肉瘤改变的隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（ＤＦＳＰ—ＦＳ）进行了分析。该肿瘤以隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（ＤＦＳＰ）和纤维肉瘤（ＦＳ）的组织结构在同一肿瘤并存为特点，且肿瘤部位表浅。与经典的ＤＦＳＰ比较：ＤＦＳＰ—ＦＳ的形态指标恶化、转移能力增强。
Nine cases of fibrous sarcoma with fibrous sarcoma (DFSP-FS) were analyzed. The tumor is characterized by the presence of DFSP and fibrosarcoma (FS) in the same tumor, and the tumor is superficial. Compared with the classic DFSP, the morphological indicators of the DFSP-FS deteriorated and the metastasis capacity increased.
