现代学徒制是基于传统学徒制建立的,是企业本位基于工作进行学习的职业教育制度。现代学徒制对提高职业教育的质量有着重大意义。在我国,现代学徒制还处于初步发展阶段,在实践中还存在一些问题。对于现代学徒制还要注入更多的精力去研究和实践。
Modern apprenticeship is based on the traditional apprenticeship system is established, based on work-based learning business-oriented vocational education system.
