本文提出了一种测定失活分子筛催化剂上积碳的氢碳比的方法。该方法主要利用高温将催化剂上的积碳完全燃烧后化为CO2,通过测定CO2的量来确定结焦物中的碳含量。根据质量守恒定律,在焦炭完全转化情况下,反应消耗的O2的质量与生成的CO2和H2O的质量相等,进而得到催化剂上结焦物中氢含量。进而可以得结焦催化剂上焦炭的氢碳比。该测定方法避免催化剂结晶水和吸附水对测定结果影响且大大提高了测定精度。
In this paper, a method for determining the carbon-to-hydrogen ratio of deactivated molecular sieve catalyst has been proposed. The method mainly utilizes the high temperature to completely decompose the carbon deposit on the catalyst into CO2 and determine the carbon content in the coke by measuring the amount of CO2. According to the law of conservation of mass, in the case of complete conversion of coke, the mass of O2 consumed by the reaction is equal to the mass of CO2 and H2O produced, and the hydrogen content of the coke in the catalyst is obtained. Further, the c / c ratio of coke on the coked catalyst can be obtained. The determination method avoids the influence of catalyst crystal water and adsorbed water on the measurement result and greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
