美术课是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,它是普通高校的选修课,是美术专业院校的必修课或专业课.我院是美术专业院校,有着优良的爱国主义传统.我院前身是西北军政大学,第一任校长是贺龙元帅.在当前我国改革开放的新形势下,应结合专业教学特点,对学生进行爱国主义教育,首先应该牢牢地抓住三课一实习教学这一环节:即美术史教学与增强民族自豪感的教育;通过写生教学增强民族自信心的教育;创作教学与弘扬时代主旋律的教育;下乡实习写生与增强大学生的社会责任感的教育.根据教学内容的不同要求,有针对性地进行教育.只有这样,才能更好、更有效地对大学生进行爱国主义教育,才能收到良好的效果.一、美术史教学与增强民族自豪感的教育相结合.所谓爱国主义,“就是千百年巩固起来的对自己祖国的一种最深厚的感情”.爱国主义精神具有强大的民族凝聚力,它是一个国家,一个民族历史意识、文化心理、道德修养、政治品格和时代精神的集中体现.爱国主义也是中华民族的光荣传统,是推动我国社会前进的巨大力量,是全国各族人民的共同精神支柱,也是当代大学生思想教育的主要内容.因此,作为美术史论教师有必要在讲授中外美术史的同时,作好爱国主义渗透教育,引导学生用正确的观点和方法来看持中国传统文化的精华与糟粕,歌颂社?
