云南省东北方向的东川区新田乡,有一片方圆20多公里,连绵起伏的丘陵,被称作红土地。这里地处云贵高原的乌蒙山区,温暖湿润的环境,土壤里的铁质经过氧化慢慢沉积下来,逐渐形成了眩目的色彩,山岭纵横充满画意。专家认为,这是除巴西里约热内卢外,最有气势且景象更壮美的红土地。那暗红、橙红、砖红色的原野,被戏称为上帝把调色板遗失在这里。淳朴的乡亲们在这片赤红的土地上,世代耕耘生息。不经意中装点出的生动色块,全靠一锄一镐、一耙一犁。
Xintian Township, Dongchuan District, northeast of Yunnan Province, has a radius of more than 20 kilometers, rolling hills, known as the red land. Here is located in the Wumeng mountain plateau of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, warm and humid environment, the iron in the soil slowly deposited through oxidation, and gradually formed a dazzling color, full of natural landscape. Experts believe that this is the most magnificent and spectacular red land except Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. That dark red, orange-red, brick red fields, was nicknamed God palette lost here. Simple folks in this red land, generations of hard work and rest. Inadvertently decorate the vivid color blocks, thanks to a hoe pick, a rake a plow.
