研究人类疱疹病毒 6型感染对单个核细胞表面CD分子表达的影响。以属A型的GS株和属B型的南京株CN5株分别感染脐血单个核细胞 ,72h后以APAAP法检测细胞表面CD2、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD45RA分子 ,比较GS感染组、CN5感染组和未感染组各CD分子阳性细胞百分率。结果显示 ,(1)CN5、GS两株病毒感染均可使CD3阳性细胞百分率下降 ,尤以GS株感染更为明显 ;但对CD2阳性细胞百分率均无明显影响 ;(2 )两株病毒均可使CD4阳性细胞百分率明显增高 ;但只有GS株感染导致CD8阳性细胞百分率降低 ,并使CD4/CD8比值显著增高 ;(3)GS株感染还可使CD45RA阳性细胞百分率下降 ,但CN5株无此作用。人类疱疹病毒 6型感染可干扰某些CD分子的表达 ,A型株GS较B型株CN5对CD分子表达的干扰更为显著。
To study the effect of human herpesvirus 6 infection on the expression of CD on the surface of mononuclear cells. Cord blood mononuclear cells were infected with type A GS strains and type B Nanjing strain CN5 strains respectively. After 72 hours, cell surface CD2, CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD45RA molecules were detected by APAAP method. The percentage of CD positive cells in group and non-infected group. The results showed that: (1) Both CN5 and GS virus infection could decrease the percentage of CD3-positive cells, especially the GS strain, but had no significant effect on the percentage of CD2-positive cells; (2) The percentage of CD4 positive cells was significantly increased. However, only the infection of GS strains resulted in the decrease of the percentage of CD8 positive cells and the significant increase of CD4 / CD8 ratio. (3) The infection of GS strains could also decrease the percentage of CD45RA positive cells, but not CN5 . Human herpesvirus 6 infection interfered with the expression of some CD molecules, and type A strain GS had more significant interference with CD molecule expression than type B strain CN5.
