一、现代企业经营管理者的素质类型新世纪企业管理者素质,应从总体上把握“德”、“识”、“才”、“学”、“体”五大要素之间的整体和谐发展。其中“德”是企业管理者的政治素质,是第一位的.1、开拓创新型素质。现代企业的本质特征就是创新。创新是企业赢得和保持竞争优势的决定因素,是企业持续成长的根本推动力。而企业创新的关键则主要反映在企业管理者是否具有现代企业家的开拓创新型素质。主要体现为:
