背景正常成人的室间隔分为结构和功能均不相同的左心室面及右心室面两部分,而这两部分在原发性高血压患者会发生怎样的变化尚未见报道。目的探讨室间隔左右心室面在评价原发性高血压患者早期心脏结构与功能重构方面的价值。方法研究对象为心脏形态结构无明显异常的原发性高血压患者50名(男27名,女23名),年龄(53±17)岁(EH组),体检正常者42名(男24名,女18名),年龄(51±16)岁(对照组)。记录室间隔左右心室面厚度、收缩期最大应变及应变率。结果EH组[(4.73±0.96)mm]室间隔左室面厚度大于对照组[(4.44±0.89)mm,P<0.05];EH组室间隔左室面径向收缩期最大应变及应变率均低于对照组[应变,EH组(17.1±8.4)%比对照组(26.1±5.7)%;应变率,EH组(1.73±1.69)1/s比对照组(2.85±2.14)1/s,均P<0.05];EH组室间隔右室面径向及左右心室面纵向收缩期最大应变、应变率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论室间隔左心室面厚度及径向应变、应变率是评价原发性高血压患者早期左心室重构的指标。
Background Normal adult ventricular septum is divided into two parts of the structure and function of the left ventricular surface and right ventricular surface are not the same, and these two parts in patients with essential hypertension will happen what changes have not been reported. Objective To investigate the value of ventricular septum left ventricle in evaluating early cardiac structure and functional remodeling in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Fifty (27 males and 23 females), 53 ± 17 (53 ± 17) years old (EH), 42 normal subjects (24 males, , 18 females), age (51 ± 16) years old (control group). Recording ventricular septal left ventricular thickness, systolic maximum strain and strain rate. Results The left ventricular septal thickness in the EH group was significantly larger than that in the control group [(4.73 ± 0.96) mm vs [(4.44 ± 0.89) mm, P <0.05]. The maximum strain and strain rate of the left ventricular septum in the EH group (17.1 +/- 8.4)% in the EH group (26.1 +/- 5.7)% compared with the control group (1.73 +/- 1.69) 1 / s in the EH group (2.85 +/- 2.14) All P <0.05]. There was no significant difference in the maximum strain and strain rate between the EH group and the control group in the radial direction of the right ventricular septum and the left and right ventricular longitudinal systole. Conclusions The left ventricular thickness, radial strain and strain rate of ventricular septum are the indexes to evaluate the early left ventricular remodeling in patients with essential hypertension.
